At Blossom Mood, we take pride in the quality of our floral arrangements and aim to deliver joy through every bouquet. However, due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, our return and refund options are limited.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made with Blossom Mood are considered final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed. Flowers are perishable and unique; therefore, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after your order has been placed.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products
If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory arrangement, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We kindly ask that you email us at blossommoodllc@gmail.com with:
* A clear photo of the product
* A brief description of the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually. If we determine that the product did not meet our standards, we may offer a replacement or other form of compensation.

Recipient Responsibility
Proper care is essential for the longevity of flowers. Care instructions are provided with each order. We are not responsible for damage caused by neglect, improper storage, lack of water, or delayed pickup/delivery due to customer unavailability.

Substitutions
While we make every effort to replicate the arrangement as pictured on our website, flower availability may vary due to seasonal or supplier-related factors.
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
