1. General Information
At Blossom Mood, we are committed to delivering fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements across Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Every order is handled with care to ensure quality and freshness.
2. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within a 5-mile radius of our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

Flagler Village/Downtown Fort Lauderdale

3. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery: $15.00

Express delivery (within 4 hours): $30.00 (availability may vary by area)
4. Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) are eligible for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

We deliver Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

No pickups — we do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
5. Express Delivery
Need flowers fast? We offer express delivery within 4 hours (if the item is in stock and location is eligible). Choose the "Express Delivery" option at checkout or email us for confirmation.
6. Recipient Information
Please ensure the recipient’s name, address, and phone number are accurate. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier may leave the arrangement at the front desk, with a neighbor, or in a safe place (unless otherwise instructed).
7. Holiday Deliveries
During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery may occur any time during the day without the option for exact-time delivery.
8. Returns & Issues
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at blossommoodllc@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
