Substitution Policy

Some of our arrangements — including bouquets, custom floral designs, and products with decorative vases — may feature unique elements that cannot always be exactly replicated. In certain cases, the final composition may differ slightly from the photo shown, but its overall style and mood will be carefully preserved.

Substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to seasonal availability or market conditions. If a substitution is required, we will ensure it matches the original in style and color palette, and will always be of equal or greater value.
